Nature of programs - important notice
Participants must read this section carefully before enrolling. It sets out what AVM GTN programs are and what they are not.
2.1 Programs are professional development programs
AVM GTN Programs are professional development programs. They are designed to develop the professional training practice of participants against the standards that AVM Group applies across its international operations.
Programs are not vocational qualifications, accredited courses, or awards registered under any national qualifications framework, including Australia's Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
2.2 Programs are not regulated qualifications
AVM GTN does not deliver Australian nationally recognised training in any country outside Australia. AVM GTN's Australian Registered Training Organisation operations are conducted solely within Australia and under the regulatory oversight of the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) within that jurisdiction.
In India, AVM GTN Programs are not registered with, approved by, or affiliated with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), the National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET), or any other Indian regulatory, accreditation, or skills authority.
In all other countries in which AVM GTN operates, Programs are professional development programs and are not regulated qualifications under the national framework of the relevant country.
2.3 The AVM GTN Professional Development Certificate
On successful completion of a Program, participants receive the AVM GTN Professional Development Certificate. This certificate is an internal recognition award issued by AVM Group.
The Certificate acknowledges that the participant has completed the Program requirements and been assessed against AVM Group's professional training standards. The Certificate is not a nationally recognised qualification in Australia, India, or any other jurisdiction. It does not confer registration with any regulatory or professional body. It does not satisfy any mandatory qualification or licensing requirement in any profession, sector, or country.
The Certificate must not be represented to any employer, government authority, regulatory body, or third party as a formal qualification, an accredited award, or a nationally recognised credential.
2.4 No representations about equivalence
AVM GTN makes no representation that any Program or Certificate is equivalent to, or recognised as equivalent to, any qualification, award, or credential issued by any university, TAFE, training organisation, professional body, or government authority in any country.
Enrolment
3.1 Eligibility
Enrolment in an AVM GTN Program is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria specified for the relevant Program. Eligibility requirements are published on the Website and may include minimum professional experience, existing qualifications, or sector-specific prerequisites.
AVM GTN reserves the right to decline an enrolment application at its discretion, including where it determines that the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria or where enrolment is not in the best interests of the applicant or the Program cohort.
3.2 Enrolment confirmation
Enrolment is confirmed only when the participant has submitted a complete enrolment application, the applicable Fee has been received by AVM GTN, and AVM GTN has issued a written confirmation of enrolment. Submission of an application and payment of a Fee does not itself constitute confirmation of enrolment.
3.3 Accuracy of information
Participants must provide accurate, complete, and current information in their enrolment application. AVM GTN reserves the right to cancel an enrolment if it discovers that a Participant has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information.
Fees and payment
4.1 Fee payable
The Fee for each Program is published on the Website at the time of enrolment. Fees are quoted in the currency specified on the Website and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
AVM GTN reserves the right to vary Program fees at any time. Fee changes do not affect confirmed enrolments for which payment has already been received.
4.2 Payment
Fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless AVM GTN has expressly agreed to alternative payment arrangements in writing. AVM GTN accepts payment by the methods specified on the Website.
4.3 Non-refundable fees
Once a Program has commenced, the Fee is non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Where a Program has not yet commenced, a refund request may be considered at AVM GTN's discretion. Requests must be made in writing to info@avmgtn.com. AVM GTN will notify the applicant of its decision within 14 days of receiving a written request.
AVM GTN reserves the right to charge an administration fee of up to 20% of the Program Fee in connection with any approved pre-commencement refund.
4.4 Cancellation by AVM GTN
AVM GTN reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify a Program at any time. Where AVM GTN cancels a Program before it commences, Participants will receive a full refund of the Fee paid. AVM GTN's liability in such circumstances is limited to the refund of the Fee and does not extend to any other costs or losses incurred by the Participant.
Participation and conduct
5.1 Participant obligations
Participants are expected to engage actively and professionally with all Program requirements, including completing assigned tasks, participating in assessments, and adhering to AVM GTN's communication and conduct standards.
Participants must treat all AVM GTN staff, facilitators, and fellow participants with respect. AVM GTN reserves the right to remove a Participant from a Program for conduct that is disrespectful, disruptive, or otherwise inconsistent with a professional learning environment.
5.2 Assessment requirements
Completion of the Program and eligibility for the Certificate require the Participant to satisfactorily complete all assessment tasks specified for the Program. Assessment requirements are communicated to Participants at the commencement of each Program.
AVM GTN's assessment decisions are final. Where a Participant does not satisfactorily complete assessment requirements, AVM GTN may, at its discretion, offer one reassessment opportunity. A Fee may apply for reassessment.
5.3 Attendance and engagement

6.2 Accurate representation
Participants must represent the Certificate accurately in all contexts — including resumes, professional profiles, and communications with employers, clients, and professional bodies. The Certificate must be described as the AVM GTN Professional Development Certificate — an internal recognition award issued by AVM Group.
Participants must not describe the Certificate as a qualification, an accredited award, a nationally recognised credential, or a credential issued by any external regulatory or professional body.
6.3 Revocation
AVM Group reserves the right to revoke a Certificate where it determines that the Participant obtained the Certificate through dishonest means, misrepresented their identity or prior experience during the Program, or has materially misrepresented the nature of the Certificate to a third party in a way that causes or risks causing harm to AVM Group or to third parties.
Network membership
7.1 Eligibility for membership
Participants who successfully complete a Program are eligible to apply for membership of the AVM GTN Professional Trainer Network. Membership is not automatic on Program completion — it requires a separate application and is granted at AVM Group's discretion.

Network membership provides members with access to AVM Group's international trainer community and with consideration for training assignments across AVM Group's operations in Australia, India, Fiji, Timor-Leste, the Middle East, and any other markets in which AVM Group operates from time to time.
7.3 No guarantee of employment or assignment
Network membership does not constitute a contract of employment, an offer of employment, a guarantee of training assignments, a guarantee of income, or any other employment-related commitment by AVM Group. Assignment opportunities are subject to AVM Group's operational requirements at the relevant time and are offered at AVM Group's sole discretion.
AVM Group makes no representation about the frequency, nature, location, duration, or remuneration of training assignments that may be offered to network members. Members have no entitlement to any minimum number of assignments.
7.4 No migration or visa benefit
Network membership does not confer any migration benefit, visa entitlement, or immigration pathway in Australia or any other country. AVM GTN does not provide migration advice or immigration services. Members seeking advice about working in Australia or any other country must consult a registered migration agent or qualified immigration lawyer.
7.5 Membership conduct
Network members are expected to maintain the professional standards and conduct expected of AVM Group's trainer network in all their professional activities. AVM Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate network membership where a member's conduct is inconsistent with AVM Group's values and professional standards.
7.6 Termination of membership
Either party may terminate network membership at any time by written notice. Termination of membership does not affect the validity of the Certificate previously issued to the member.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AVM Group's total liability to any Participant in connection with a Program, the Certificate, or network membership — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of the Program Fee paid by that Participant.
