About AVM Global Training Network
AVM Global Training Network (AVM GTN) is an initiative of AVM Group (Australian Vocational Management Group), an Australian-headquartered education and workforce development organisation registered in Australia. AVM Group operates registered training organisations (RTOs) in Australia under the oversight of the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). AVM GTN is the international professional development arm of AVM Group.
Nature of programs
Programs delivered under the AVM GTN name are professional development programs. They are not qualifications registered under Australia's Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), and they are not delivered under ASQA's regulatory framework outside Australia.
In India, AVM GTN programs are not registered with, approved by, or affiliated with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), the National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET), or any other Indian regulatory, accreditation, or skills authority. Participation in an AVM GTN program does not confer registration, membership, or recognition under any Indian regulatory framework.
In all other international markets in which AVM GTN operates, the same principle applies: AVM GTN programs are professional development programs delivered by AVM Group and are not regulated qualifications under the national framework of any country outside Australia.
The AVM GTN Professional Development Certificate
On successful completion of an AVM GTN professional development program, participants receive the AVM GTN Professional Development Certificate. This certificate is an internal recognition award issued by AVM Group. It acknowledges that the participant has completed the program requirements and been assessed against AVM Group's professional training standards.
The AVM GTN Professional Development Certificate is not a nationally recognised qualification in Australia, India, or any other jurisdiction. It does not confer registration with any regulatory body. It does not satisfy any mandatory qualification requirement in any profession or sector. It should not be represented as a formal qualification to any employer, government authority, or regulatory body.
Network membership
Participants who successfully complete an AVM GTN professional development program are eligible to apply for membership of the AVM GTN Professional Trainer Network. Network membership provides access to AVM Group's international trainer community and consideration for training assignments across AVM Group's operations.
Network membership and the consideration of participants for training assignments are offered in good faith. They do not constitute a contract of employment, a guarantee of work, a guarantee of assignment, a guarantee of income, or a guarantee of immigration or visa eligibility in any country. Opportunities are subject to AVM Group's operational requirements at the relevant time and are at AVM Group's sole discretion.
No migration or visa advice
AVM GTN does not provide migration advice, visa advice, or immigration services. Participation in any AVM GTN program, and membership of the AVM GTN network, does not confer any migration benefit, visa entitlement, or immigration pathway in Australia or any other country. Participants seeking advice about working in Australia or other countries should consult a registered migration agent or qualified immigration lawyer.
Fees
Program fees are published on the AVM GTN website and are subject to change. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once the program has commenced. Please review the full terms and conditions prior to enrolment.
Governing law
These notices and all matters relating to AVM GTN programs are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
