Where we work - Health care
Effective trainers need more than teaching ability. They need a genuine understanding of the industry, the workplace, and the people they are preparing others to work with. In health care, that understanding is not optional – it is the foundation of everything a trainer does.
AVM GTN’s current focus is the health care sector, where AVM Group has established training capability in Australia and internationally, and where the need for professionally developed trainers is most acute.

Health Care
Training capability supporting Senior Care, including the practical skills and workplace understanding required to prepare people for care environments.

Hospitality
Industry-led training across Cookery and Kitchen Management, with an emphasis on practical skills, commercial workplace standards and job readiness.

Construction
Developing trainers with practical construction knowledge and the ability to transfer trade and workplace skills effectively.

Automotive
Training expertise grounded in current automotive practices, practical technical capability and workplace requirements.

Leadership & Mgmt
Experienced professionals capable of developing leadership, management, communication and workplace capability across organisations and industries.
Aged Care
India’s elderly population is projected to rise from 149 million today to 347 million by 2050. An estimated 75% of elderly Indians already live with at least one chronic condition, and 40% have a disability requiring ongoing care and support. The government has committed to training 1.5 lakh caregivers as part of a national aged care strategy, and NITI Aayog’s 2026 report has explicitly identified the absence of a professionalised care training workforce as the central challenge the sector must address.
Behind every caregiver is a trainer — and the professional training workforce that will develop India’s aged care sector is still being built.
Disability Care
India has 1.81 lakh registered special educators and rehabilitation professionals for a population of 1.4 billion. The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 significantly expanded the sector’s legal obligations across employment, education, and community participation — obligations that require a trained, professional workforce to fulfil.
The gap between the workforce India currently has and the workforce the Act demands continues to grow, and the demand for professional trainers who can develop skilled disability care practitioners at scale has never been greater.
Autism Care
Autism Spectrum Disorder affects an estimated 2.8 million people in India — with an estimated 14 million individuals affected across families and communities when broader impact is considered. Against that scale, the professional training infrastructure remains critically small.
The sector has described itself as being at a critical stage — requiring stronger systems, greater workforce capacity, and more professional trainers who can multiply the reach of experienced practitioners. The constraint is not awareness. It is the absence of enough trained professionals to develop the next generation of practitioners at the scale India needs.
