The AVM Global Trainer Network (GTN) is an AVM Group initiative created to identify, develop and connect high-quality trainers and industry professionals with training opportunities across our international markets.
As demand for skilled workers grows, so does the need for trainers who combine strong industry knowledge with the ability to develop people for real workplace environments.
GTN brings together experienced trainers as well as accomplished industry professionals who have the expertise and potential to become trainers. Each candidate is assessed individually and, where required, supported through an appropriate development pathway to build their training capability and meet AVM standards.
Our initial focus spans Health and Senior Care, Hospitality, Construction, Automotive, and Leadership & Management, with the network expanding in response to workforce and industry needs.
Through GTN, AVM Group is building more than a database of trainers. We are developing a global pool of industry expertise and training capability that can be mobilised as opportunities arise across countries, industries and projects.
